The present invention relates to a paper punching apparatus for binding, and more specifically to a paper punching provided with a stationary unit capable of easily fixing a paper bundle in a stable manner when piercing punching holes for binding in the paper bundle as a biding subject. The present invention provides a paper punching apparatus for binding, installed in the main body to allow lifting up and down and comprises; a punching unit including a driving motor and a punching drill driven by the driving motor ; and a stationary unit installed in the front side to fix papers to be punched in a punching position for the binding; wherein the stationary unit is provided with; a horizontal plate installed in the front side of the main body for punching by the punching drill; and a stationary plate protruding to the front side of the main body at a position removed by a prescribed distance upward from the horizontal plate; and a compressing plate installed to allow lifting up and down and formed to allow compression of a top face of the subject papers for punching ; and an elastic member installed between the stationary plate and the compressing plate for elastic bias of the compressing plate toward a lower side. |
