The present invention relates to a roaster for roasting both sides of a fish cake which includes a first transporting unit which transports a steamed fish cake inputted via an inlet to an outlet and which evaporates moisture contained in the fish cake by applying heat from the upper side; a second transporting unit which is formed to be lower than the front side of the first transporting unit and which separates and transports the fish cake transported from the first transporting unit; and a third transporting unit which transports the fish cake which is formed to be lower than an outlet of the second transporting unit and which transports the fish cake dropped while the front surface and the rear surface are turned and forms an appetizing yellow color of the front and rear surfaces of the fish cake by applying heat from the upper side.
