The device has a horizontal shaft (6) secured to a case (1) by two brackets (5) fixed on both sides of a slot (3). The horizontal shaft carries two arms (7) that are rotatably joined with the horizontal shaft. The horizontal shaft triggers an opening of a valve (4) of a bag-in-box (BIB) (2) by pushing fins (8). The horizontal shaft is rotated by a control lever (9). A particular position of the control lever allows deletion of the arms to freely slide the valve of the BIB along the slot when inserting or removing the case.
