The present invention relates to a heat pump cooling/heating system for performing cooling and heating using a heat source of the underground and the sun. The conventional heat pump cooling/heating system performs cooling and heating using four seasons terrestrial heat as a heat source, and has low efficiency due to hot water supply and heating using terrestrial heat of a lower temperature rather than the spring, the summer and the autumn season solar heat. Therefore, the heat pump cooling/heating system of the present invention increases efficiency of a heat pump by performing both heating and cooling together with the heat pump using the terrestrial heat and the solar heat in order to compensate the weakness of the conventional system.
