The invention relates to a valve for a pressurised gas cylinder, comprising a body (1) including a base (2) intended to be secured in the opening of the pressurised gas cylinder, said body (1) comprising an internal filling circuit (5) extending between an upstream end (3) opening onto the exterior of the body (1) in order to receive a gas dispensing tool and a downstream end (4) opening at the above-mentioned base (2) in order, in the mounted position, to communicate with the internal volume of a tank.
