摘要 The present invention relates to a device for mutually coupling a header pipe and a refrigerant pipe of a heat exchanger, wherein the device comprises a support unit, a forming bar, a holding unit, and a pressing unit. A header pipe with a coupling hole is fixed to a rear surface of the support unit. The forming bar is disposed inside the header pipe fixed to the support unit. The forming bar has a molded protrusion protruding on a rear surface thereof, wherein the molded protrusion is disposed to correspond to the coupling hole of the header pipe. A refrigerant pipe is fixed to the holding unit. The holding unit is disposed to be able to advance and retreat at the rear of the support unit. When the holding unit advances, the end of the refrigerant pipe advances toward an inside of the header pipe through the coupling hole. The pressing unit presses the advancing holding unit toward the support unit. The end of the refrigerant pipe advancing inside the header pipe is caught on the coupling hole of the header pipe since the end of the refrigerant pipe is expanded by the molded protrusion of the forming bar when the pressing unit presses the holding unit. According to the present invention, the end of the refrigerant pipe is expanded by the molded protrusion of the forming bar to be caught on the inside wall of the header pipe, thereby strongly coupling the header pipe and the refrigerant pipe, and particularly, providing a structure capable of preventing the separation of the refrigerant pipe coupled with the header pipe.
