The present invention relates to an ion water producing system; the purpose of the present invention is to produce cool alkali ion water at a set temperature using newly supplied cool water from an alkali ion electrolysis room or an acid ion electrolysis room by circulating the residual alkali ion water left in the acid or alkali ion electrolysis room according to the elapsed set time in case of not producing the alkali ion water for a long time, after passing through a cooler then returning to the alkali or acid ion electrolysis room. The present invention comprises: an electrolysis chamber having an electrolysis room for ionization; an alkali ion water discharging path connected to an alkali ion electrolyte room; an acid ion water discharging path connected to an acid ion electrolyte room; an alkali ion water discharging hole where the alkali ion water is discharged; an acid ion water discharging hole where the acid ion water is discharged; a power supply part for supplying power to an electrode plate; a polarity converting device for converting the polarity of the electrode plate; a path converting valve for converting the path of the alkali and acid ion water; and a control part for controlling the whole system. In case of not discharging the alkali ion water, produced in the acid or alkali ion electrolyte room and remained, for a long time, the alkali ion water is circulated, by circulating means, before the cooler, periodically according to the elapsed set time through the control by the control part; and the re-cooled ion water is flowed into the alkali or acid ion electrolyte room.
