PURPOSE: A roll shaft correcting apparatus is provided to measure the deformation degree of a roll shaft and correct the deformation at the same time on a settlement unit on which the roll shaft is settled. CONSTITUTION: A roll shaft correcting apparatus comprises a table (100), and a settlement unit (200). The table is formed with a base surface, and a cylinder for correction is equipped on the base surface. Both ends of the roll shaft is settled by a pair of settlement units which is equipped on the base surface. The settlement unit is settled selectively in a way the roll shaft is able to rotate, or the roll shaft is fixed. The base surface of the table is divided into two domains: a preparation domain (A) settling the roll shaft on the settlement unit, and a work domain (B) measuring and correcting the roll shaft. |
