The present invention provides an air bag for shoes, wherein the air bag comprises an air flow passage, a first buffer part, and a second buffer part. The air flow passage consists of: first and second air flow passage making one pair as left and right elements, wherein one side of each of the first and second air flow passages is connected with a front air room and the other side of each of the first and second air flow passages is opened; and third and fourth air flow passage, wherein one side of each of the third and fourth air flow passages is connected with a rear air room and the other side of each of the third and fourth air flow passages is opened. The first buffer part includes: an air inlet tube; a guide tube communicating with the air inlet tube and having a larger width than the air inlet tube; an opening and closing unit positioned at the communication portion of the air inlet tube and the guide tube; and an elastic unit inserted into the guide tube to supply a restoring force to the opening and closing unit. Here, the first buffer part is connected with the first and third air flow passages. The second buffer part includes: an air inlet tube; a guide tube communicating with the air inlet tube and having a larger width than the air inlet tube; an opening and closing unit positioned at the communication portion of the air inlet tube and the guide tube; and an elastic unit inserted into the guide tube to supply a restoring force to the opening and closing unit.
