The present invention relates to a heated red clay panel for floor decoration and more specifically, to a heating surface, a tissue layer which is accumulated on the upper and lower part of the heating surface, and the heated red clay panel which increases flexibility and does not emit an electromagnetic wave by being formed with a red clay composition accumulated on the upper and lower part of the tissue layer. The present invention is able to be used for various purposes including not only a straw mat and a floor material but also a sitting mat and a cushion and is economical because an original price can be lowered by a simple manufacturing process.
