The present invention relates to a cultivation method of Lentinus edodes and the Lentinus edodes cultivated by the cultivation method. The cultivation method of Lentinus edodes by an embodiment of the present invention comprises the following steps; producing a medium with the moisture content of 55-66% containing 80-85 parts by weight of sawdust, 5-10 parts by weight of cow feed, and 2-5 parts by weight of shells, and inserting the medium into a bag; sterilizing the medium in the bag at a high temperature of 90-99°C, and sterilizing the medium at a medium temperature of 55-60°C; injecting Lentinus edodes spawns on the sterilized medium, and cultivating the spawns for 120-240 days; and growing the medium after removing the cultivated medium from the bag.
