<p>The safety hook (3) has two hook elements (5a, 5b) having inverted forms and facing each other to form a jaw that is opened or closed around a lifting iron (8). A pin (4) locks the jaw in the closed position, so that the safety hook supports weight, and unlocks the jaw to open when the safety hook holds more weight. The hook elements include L-shaped windows (7a, 7b) in which the pin is movable, where the hook elements are blocked when the pin is at the top of vertical legs of the L-shaped window and unlocked when the pin is at an end of horizontal legs of the L-shaped window.</p> |
