PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a developer conveyance device configured to prevent wear of a partition member while preventing aggregates from being conveyed by a conveyance member, and a developing device, and an image forming device.SOLUTION: A developer conveyance device includes: a collection screw 305 having a rotating shaft 305a and rotating to convey developer in a rotation axis direction; a casing 301 for housing the collection screw 305 and forming a collection conveyance path 350; a bearing 321 for supporting the rotating shaft 305a rotatably on the casing 301; and a seal member 321a in close contact with the rotating shaft for sealing it. Grease G is applied to at least a surface of the seal member 321a in close contact with the rotating shaft. An aggregate displacement suppressing member 322 is disposed for partitioning a space where a rotary shaft member side end part faces the rotating shaft with a predetermined gap L2 to house the collection screw 305 of the casing, into an area for a developer conveyance path and an area having the seal member 321a. |
