PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a magnetic rheology fluid which gives little load on the environment even if it leaks to natural environment, similarly to a magnetic rheology fluid containing rapeseed oil as a dispersion medium, can be used under low temperature environment of cold district, contrary to a magnetic rheology fluid containing rapeseed oil as a dispersion medium, and the viscosity of which can be controlled over a wide range from low viscosity to high viscosity.SOLUTION: A magnetic rheology fluid contains an unsaturation fatty ester having a fluid point of -27.5°C or lower, a resolution after 28 days conforming to the OECD chemicals guideline 301C modified MITI test of 80% or higher, and a significantly lower viscosity when compared with rapeseed oil, and ferromagnetic powder. |
