PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow a nanostructure to support nanoparticles inexpensively in the state where the nanostructure is grown on a substrate.SOLUTION: A method of producing a nanostructure comprises: a step (nanostructure layer deposition step S110) of growing a plurality of nanostructures 220 on the surface of a substrate 210 and depositing a nanostructure layer 230 thereon, elongatively in the vertical direction to the surface of the substrate 210; a step (adhesion step S120) of allowing ion liquid 250 to adhere to the nanostructures 220; a step (dispersion step S130) of dispersing nanoparticles 260 into the ion liquid 250 adhering to the nanostructures 220, in vacuum; and a step (heating step S140) of heating the ion liquid 250 to which the nanoparticles 260 are dispersed. |
