PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image forming apparatus capable of preventing, in executing FM screen processing, when being configured to execute AM screen processing as well after the FM screen processing, the AM screen processing from having an adverse effect on a printed matter after the execution of the FM screen processing.SOLUTION: A screen processing control unit of an MFP having a copy function, a printer function, and a FAX function, for the printer function and the FAX function, causes an AM screen processing unit to perform only AM screen processing to an image of the AM screen processing and FM screen processing, and for the copy function, causes the AM screen processing unit to perform the AM screen processing to an image after the FM screen processing by an FM screen processing unit. An AM screen setting unit sets an AM screen in which gradation of an image is the same before and after the AM screen processing when using the copy function (S108). |
