摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a production method of a wavelength selective heat radiation material composed of an aluminum sheet by nanoimprint method and capable of producing a wavelength selective heat radiation material having a heat radiation surface, where a large number of micro cavities are arranged two-dimensionally, easily at a low cost.SOLUTION: When transfer molding a surface fine uneven pattern, repeated periodically on a plane formed in a die, for a metal material by using nanoimprinting method, an annealed aluminum sheet having predetermined moldability and properties is used as a transfer molded metal material, and a cushioning material having a predetermined thickness is placed below a surface of the aluminum sheet on the reverse side of the processing surface, as the conditions of transfer molding. Consequently, a wavelength selective heat radiation material having a heat radiation surface, where a large number of micro cavities of desired shape and size are arranged two-dimensionally, can be produced.
