PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light-emitting device capable of generating, with less light sources, diffusion light which diffuses in a wide range on a plate surface of a light guide plate, and allowing mass production with less manufacturing cost.SOLUTION: Light emitted from a light source 2a to an incident end part 4f of a light guide plate 4a, reflects within the thickness of the light guide plate 4a and penetrates it. A part of the penetration light is reflected at a recess 4c1 and guided toward a protrusion 4g1 located at a crossover position in a plate thickness direction, and the reflected light is diffused from the protrusion 4g1. |
