PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a display device capable of presenting bright display while reducing reflection of light on an interface between members.SOLUTION: A liquid crystal display device 1 includes a liquid crystal display body 6 and a light-diffusing film 7. The light-diffusing film 7 includes a substrate 39, a light-diffusing part 40 and a light-shielding part 41. In the liquid crystal display body 6, the refractive index of a polarizing plate as a display body component, which is disposed at the outermost side in the outgoing direction of light, is different from the refractive index of the substrate, and a refractive index adjusting layer 42 having a refractive index between the refractive index of the display body component and the refractive index of the substrate is disposed between the display body component and the substrate. |
