PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat insulator input method in a ladle and a heat insulator input device in which a heat insulator shooting from an upflow of an upper side of molten steel is suppressed.SOLUTION: A heat insulator input method in a ladle in which heat insulators 16, 17 are input in a ladle 10 in which a molten steel 11 is accommodated includes: a process in which two or more combustible bags 18, 19 in which heat insulator 16, 17 are put are accommodated in a container 20 in which a basilar part is opened; and a process in which the container 20 is moved to an upper side of the ladle 10, the basilar part of the container 20 is opened, and two or more combustible bags 18, 19 are input in the ladle 10. |
