PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately recognize an input instruction to a device using an object which moves with a predetermined feature.SOLUTION: An information processing device comprises: detection means that detects an object and a light emitting part existing in a predetermined detection range to output detection data corresponding to the detected object and light emitting part; coordinate calculation means that calculates the coordinate of at least one point of the object on the basis of the detection data; light emission state measurement means that measures a state of the detected light emitting part; and determination means that determines an instruction to the device on the basis of a combination of the calculated coordinate and the measured state of the light emitting part.
