The optical signal processing apparatus comprises one of the following: a power control device for controlling the connection and disconnection of the power according to an optical signal; or, a clock device for storing the time of door opening and door closing; or a charging device for charging an optical signal transmission device. The optical signal processing apparatus can automatically control the connection and disconnection of the power, thereby effectively conserving electricity.
