The mobile refueling device (10) has a tank container (20) which is accommodated in housing (30), and is made of mineral oil-resistant, acid-resistant, urea-resistant or alkaline-resistant material. A dispenser is connected with tank container. A temperature sensor (70) is provided in tank container for measuring temperature of chemical liquid. A fastening device including attachment elements is provided for attaching the mobile refueling device to moving vehicle chassis. Independent claims are included for the following: (1) a moving vehicle chassis; and (2) a tank truck.
