The ground terminal arrangement (1) is comprised of a panel (5) with an opening in which the bolt of other panel is mechanically fixed. A fastening element (2) is mechanically coupled with the bolt. The fastening element is comprised of an end face which faces the panel during intended use. The end surface is comprised of a seal (4) which is adapted fluid-tightly in the opening of the panel during the intended use of the fastening element. The seal is made of resilient plastic. The seal is molded on the fastening element.
