The wheel has a steering wheel collar (20) comprising a steering wheel frame (1), a frame cover (2), and a steering wheel heating device. The heating device comprises a planar designed heating element (3), which is homogeneously heated. Electrodes (4, 5) for the heating element are extended along circumferential direction of the collar. A current flow takes place via the heating element relative to a cross sectional profile of the collar along the circumferential direction. The heating element is formed by carbon nanotubes coated with heating paint or conductive plastic film.
