The wheel (1) has an inner wheel part (2) formed as a hub, and multiple arms (3) spaced in a circumferential direction and radial-outwardly extending corresponding to an outer wheel part (4). Multiple projections (5) are spaced in the circumferential direction, and radial-inwardly extend between the arms of the inner wheel part. A toothed ring (6) is formed at a peripheral surface. An elastomer (7) connects the outer- and inner wheel parts between side surfaces of the arms and the projections. A supplementary positive connecting device is formed between the outer- and inner wheel parts. The elastomer is a rubber composition, which is cohesively introduced into pockets (12) by a vulcanizing process.
