The present invention relates to a device for cutting a measurement pipe and a guide pipe of a spent nuclear fuel frame. The present invention comprises an upper housing in which a hook ring connected to a crane is installed; a connection pipe installed at the lower end of the upper housing; a lower housing installed at the lower end of the connection pipe; a clamping part installed at the lower side of the lower housing and grasping the side of a spacer grid of a spent nuclear fuel frame; a transfer part lifted inside the lower housing; and a cutting part lifted by being connected to the transfer part and cutting a measurement pipe and a guide pipe, from both ends around the spacer grid, installed on the spacer grid in the state that the spacer grid is grasped by the clapping part. The present invention reduces the cutting time of the measurement pipe and the guide pipe installed at the spacer grid of the nuclear fuel frame. |
