PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable replacement of a component in a circuit diagram appropriately.SOLUTION: An information processing method for component replacement includes: receiving specifications of a pre-replacement component and a post-replacement component from a user (step S1); determining whether expression methods for pin numbers coincide with each other (step S3); executing a usual automatic replacement process (step S5) when the expression methods for pin numbers coincide with each other; specifying a pre-replacement component when the expression methods do not coincide with each other; generating a work layer in accordance with a disposition and a size of the pre-replacement component (step S7); temporarily disposing a size and a rotational angle of a symbol of the post-replacement component in accordance with the work layer (step S9); executing association between pin numbers of the pre-replacement component and the post-replacement component (step S11); determining whether or not correction of the association should be performed (step S13); changing a work layer name as to a component for which the association is released (step S15); and replacing the pre-replacement component with the post-replacement component on a selected work layer in accordance with association data. |
