PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a one-sided polishing holding material of a composite sheet mainly made of a polyurethane resin and manufactured by wet deposition, which is characterized in that liquid separation of the polyurethane resin composition in a solution due to hole forming agents is prevented, coating unevenness is prevented in a step of coating a film forming base material, flexibility is provided, and no air biting-in occurs in a holding surface.SOLUTION: By melting of polyol which is a hole forming agent added to a foaming solution for creating a composite sheet and highly compatible with a resin, a surface for holding a polished article formed by substitution of solvents in the foaming solution with coagulation liquid is formed into a porous shape, and thus air in the holding surface is stored while maintaining a holding force. |
