PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coating liquid for a solvent resistance transparent conductive film that comprises a fluid dispersion that includes a crystallinity tin inclusion indium oxide fine particle and that is excellent in dispersion stability, and to provide the transparent conductive film that is excellent in an electric characteristic, an optic characteristic, and solvent resistance by coating the coating liquid for a solvent resistance transparent conductive film.SOLUTION: A coating liquid for a solvent resistance transparent conductive film is a fluid dispersion that includes 0.1-100 pts.wt. of a crystallinity tin inclusion indium oxide fine particle having characteristics shown by at least the following (a)-(d) based on 100 pts.wt. of a dispersion solvent. (a) A cubic system bixbyite structure is possessed, (b) tin/indium (molar ratio) measured by an inductive coupling plasma emission spectral analysis apparatus (ICP)=5/95-40/60 of a range, (c) an average particle diameter measured by a transmission electron microscope is in a range of 5-20 nm, and (d) 1-10 wt.% of an amine ligand having a carbon number of 6-24 is coordinated. |
