Provided is a reactant of silicon resin polycondensate particles and polyvinyl chloride, capable of imparting excellent impact resistance and chemical resistance. The reactant of silicon resin polycondensate particles and polyvinyl chloride pertaining to the present invention is obtained by reacting silicon resin polycondensate particles and a material containing a vinyl chloride monomer. The silicon resin polycondensate particles have a structural unit represented by formula (1), and are obtained by reacting a mixed material containing a first organosilicon compound, which is a siloxane, a second organosilicon compound represented by formula (2), and a third organosilicon compound represented by formula (3A) or formula (3B).
