The present invention relates to a ruler for easily controlling length with a fixing body which comprises a predetermined guide rail inside. A scale is displayed on the top surface in a length direction. A support protrudes from the inner upper part of the fixing body. The present invention is provided to install a moving member comprising a guide protrusion which is slid along the guide rail in the fixing body, thereby moving the fixing body in all directions according to the operation of the support and the moving member. The present invention is provided to form the guide rail on one side of the fixing body in a length direction and install the moving member in the guide rail, thereby facilitating a length measurement work and a cutting work, reducing work time, and improving accuracy.
