In order to predict efficiency of pre-operation radiotherapy of squamous carcinpmas of head and neck immune-enzyme analysis of TIMP-1 and TIMP-2 in blood serum is carried out. Level of MMP-2 and dimensions of primary tumour are additionally determined in accordance with international classification TNM.
