PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for enhancing the sweetness of sweetening components coexisting in a food and drink product, the sweetness of glucose and fructose in particular, without increasing calories of the food and drink product; and a food and drink product with sweetness enhanced by the method.SOLUTION: The amount of 20 to 60% of total degree of sweetness derived from glucose and fructose to be used as raw material of a food and drink product is replaced with the sweetness derived from a rare sugar-containing syrup. Consequently, the sweetness of sweetening components coexisting in the food and drink product, the sweetness of glucose and fructose in particular, can be enhanced without increasing calories of the food and drink product. |
