PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an imaging device that reduces a deterioration of AD conversion accuracy.SOLUTION: In the case of AD-converting a pixel signal corresponding to a reset level, a latch control section 107 enables latch circuits L_0-L_6 of a latch section 108 (third timing) at a first timing pertinent to a comparison start in a comparison section 109, and then instructs the latch circuits L_0-L_6 of the latch section 108 to execute a latch action at a fourth timing a predetermined time after a second timing pertinent to a comparison end in the comparison section 109. In the case of AD-converting a pixel signal corresponding to a signal level, on the other hand, the latch control section 107 enables the latch circuits L_0-L_6 of the latch section 108 at the second timing pertinent to a comparison end in the comparison section 109, and then instructs the latch circuits L_0-L_6 of the latch section 108 to execute a latch action at the fourth timing a predetermined time after the second timing. |
