PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the slidability of an operation wire in a lumen.SOLUTION: Medical device (for instance, catheter 10) includes: a medical device body (sheath 16) long and having flexibility, and inserted into a body cavity; a lumen (for instance, sub lumen 30) formed in the medical device body along a longitudinal direction of the medical device body; and an operation wire 40. The operation wire 40 is held in the lumen, extends along the longitudinal direction of the lumen, is slidable in the longitudinal direction of the lumen, and can bend the medical device body by traction operation to the operation wire 40. A lubricating liquid 45 adheres at least to a surface of the operation wire 40. |
