PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power steering device which can suppress the influence of a magnetic field generated by a steering absolute angle sensor on a torque sensor and obtain accurate steering torque information.SOLUTION: Between a torque sensor and a steering absolute angle sensor, a shield plate having a magnetic path resistance larger than an air gap is provided so that the influence of a magnetic field generated by the steering absolute angle sensor on the torque sensor becomes small.
