摘要 FIELD: medicine.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, in particular to infectology, and can be used for predicting development of intravascular disorders in patients with influenza. For this purpose age group which patient belongs to, term of observation and value of ristomycin-aggregation of platelets in blood serum in seconds are determined. Obtained data are substituted into formulas: PCs = 9.97+A * 0.75 - B * 0.22 - C * 0.76; PCt = 12.51+A * 0.23+B * 0.21 -C * 1.13. PCS is prognostic coefficient of risk of sludge development; PCt is prognostic coefficient of risk of microthrombosis development; 9.97 is constant of mathematical calculation for prediction of sludge development; 12.51 is constant of mathematical calculations for prediction of microthrombosis development; A is value of patient's age group: 1 is age from 21 to 35, 2 is from 36 to 50, 3 is age from 51 to 65; B is term of observation: 1 is 1-3 days of disease, 2 is 4-5 days of disease, 3 is 6-8 days, 4 is 9-14 days from the onset of disease, 5 is one month from the onset of disease, C is value of ristomycin-aggregation of platelets in blood serum in seconds. If PCs and PCt values are larger than 0, but lower than 3, development of mildly expressed sludge and microthrombosis is predicted, if value is from 3 to 5 - development of moderately expressed sludge and microthrombosis, with value from 5 to 6 - expressed sludge and microthrombosis.EFFECT: method ensures identification and prevention of said changes in due time and makes it possible to perform their correction in justified way.1 ex
