摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a photoinduction fluorescence measuring instrument in which a misalignment of an optical system caused by a shock and the like is suppressed, in which incidence of reflection light, scattered light and the like into a fluorescence measuring instrument can be suppressed, which is small in size and easy to carry and which is capable of performing high speed and high performance measurement.SOLUTION: A laser light source 1 which emits excitation light, a sample case 2, a photomultiplier tube 4 which is a fluorescence measuring instrument and a fluorescence collection optical system 3 and the like are embedded in resin 6 which is transparent with respect to light including fluorescence emitted from the excitation light and a sample S. The resin 6 is filled at least in one part of an optical path guiding fluorescence light of the fluorescence collection optical system 3, and a housing which holds the laser light source 1, the fluorescence collection optical system 3, photomultiplier tube 4 and the like is configured by this resin. Also, in a resin region 61 which surrounds the optical path where the light including the excitation light and the fluorescence passes, pigment having a wavelength characteristic that absorbs Raman light and the like which generates from the excitation light and the resin is included substantially uniformly, and all the light going out of the light path is absorbed.
