PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transmission management system capable of providing a destination name corresponding to communication.SOLUTION: A destination name information management unit 5010 manages plural pieces of destination name information representing destination names with respect to one destination. A terminal extraction unit 54 extracts at least one of the plural pieces of destination name information, and a transmission and reception unit 51 transmits the extracted piece of the destination name information to a terminal 10 capable of communication with the destination. In this case, the destination name information management unit 5010 becomes capable of individually managing the pieces of destination name information corresponding to communication with respect to one destination, which allows for providing a piece of the destination name information corresponding to communication. |
