PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicle dispatch management apparatus or the like which dispatches an electric vehicle which travels to a position of a charger near a destination.SOLUTION: A vehicle dispatch management apparatus includes: a communication part 11 that acquires a position of an electric vehicle 3 which consumes electric power for traveling and residual battery capacity of the electric vehicle 3; a charger position information DB 13 which acquires a position of a charger for charging the electric vehicle 3; a route search part 14 for estimating the residual battery capacity required for the electric vehicle 3 on the basis of a route where the electric vehicle 3 reaches the position of the charger near the destination via the destination; and a vehicle dispatch management part 12 that performs determination processing for determining that the electric vehicle 3 can reach the position of the charger when the residual battery capacity of the electric vehicle 3 exceeds the estimated battery capacity, to dispatch the electric vehicle 3. |
