PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power supply controller, a management device, a power supply control method, and a power control system which are capable of controlling power transmission to a power supply target external device without using a measurement value of power that is transmitted to the power supply target external device.SOLUTION: A power supply controller includes: a communication unit that communicates with a power supply target external device to which power is supplied; a determination unit that determines whether to transmit the power to the power supply target external device on the basis of a value related to the power and a threshold value related to transmission of the power, which are based on information about the power obtained from the power supply target external device by communication with the power supply target external device by the communication unit; and a power control unit that, if it is determined that the power is to be transmitted, selectively transmits the power to the power supply target external device. |
