PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To shorten a bonding time and prevent the occurrence of erosion in a refrigerant pipe, in a water heat exchanger configured by bonding a refrigerant pipe including a flat pipe made of aluminum or an aluminum alloy and a water pipe including a flat pipe made of a stainless steel and facing the refrigerant pipe by brazing or soldering, and a method for manufacturing the water heat exchanger.SOLUTION: In a method for manufacturing a water heat exchanger (22), a heat exchange assembly (22a) in a state where a refrigerant pipe (60) and a water pipe (40) face each other is immersed in a dip bath (100) in which a brazing material or a solder material is melted, and ultrasonic brazing or soldering is used which bonds the refrigerant pipe (60) and the water pipe (40) to each other by ultrasonic excitation of the heat exchange assembly (22a) through a vibration member (102). At this time, the heat exchange assembly (22a) is immersed in the dip bath (100) so that only the water pipe (40) is brought into contact with the vibration member (102). |
