A customized tooth cutting guide device is used to cut a tooth. The guide device comprises at least one guide channel to guide a cutting tool. The guide device allows planned cutting of teeth with high precision. A dental prosthesis to be installed on the tooth of a patient after the cutting of the tooth is made before the cutting of the tooth. The dental prosthesis has a shape corresponding to the cut tooth. The dental prosthesis can be immediately installed after cutting the tooth using the guide device. The dental prosthesis does not need to be modified for installation by cutting the tooth with high precision.
