PURPOSE: A thick plate test piece cutting device is provided to improve the quality of a test piece by not generating a heat stress portion in the cutting part of a test piece and improve work efficiency and productivity by minimizing a required time. CONSTITUTION: A thick plate test piece cutting device(10) comprises an installation frame(20), a transfer unit, an ascending and descending member(24), a drive unit(30), a rotation blade(26), an operation unit(40), and a clamping unit. An installation frame includes a work table(22) in which the cutting work of a thick plate is performed. A transfer unit transfers a thick plate installed in an installment frame to a work table. An ascending and descending member is installed to be movable up and down in an installment frame. A drive unit moves an ascending and descending member up and down. A rotation blade is installed to be rotatable in an ascending and descending member, is located in the upper part of a work table, and cuts a thick plate. An operation unit rotates a rotation blade at high speed. A clamping unit is installed in an installment frame and fixes a thick plate placed in a work table. |
