The present invention relates to an organic/inorganic coated porous separator and a secondary battery using the same. According to one embodiment of the present invention, the organic/inorganic coated porous separator includes a first organic binder, a second organic binder of polymer compound, and a third organic binder of an ion-conductive polymer compound.
