PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a management method and a management device for a glass laminate support substrate by which a recycling frequency of a support substrate constituting a glass laminate can be managed easily.SOLUTION: In a management device, a control section identifies, from the shape of a support substrate 12 with a first corner part 13a thereof being cut off, that the support substrate 12 is a new one sent back from a panel manufacturer. Before reusing the support substrate 12, the control section first controls a drive section to position a second corner part 13b of the support substrate 12 under a cut off section, and then controls the cut off section to cut off the second corner part 13b by using a cutter thereof. Because the first corner part 13a and the second corner part 13b are cut off, the panel manufacturer can easily confirm visually when reusing the support substrate 12 that a recycling frequency of the support substrate 12 is once. |
