PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a width-direction edge aligning conveying device capable of efficiently aligning a width-direction edge of conveyed articles.SOLUTION: In a width-direction edge aligning conveying device 1, at least one of a plurality of rollers 2 arranged along a conveying direction is composed of a plurality of divided conveying rollers 9 divided along an axial direction thereof, and each of the divided conveying rollers 9 is supported so that an axial direction thereof can be set to any inclination angle &thetas; relative to a direction orthogonal to the conveying direction. Thus, it is effective in that, in the width-direction edge aligning conveying device 1, a conveying length required for width-direction edge aligning of the conveyed article can be shorter than that required in a conventional width-direction edge aligning conveying device, and a degree of freedom of layout of a conveying path is increased. |
