摘要 <p>The present invention relates to a quantum dot production method comprising: a step of producing a quantum dot nanoparticle solution; a step of producing quantum-dot nanoparticles coated with cysteamine, the step comprising a process of adding a surface modifying substance to the quantum dot nanoparticle solution, a process of adding water to the quantum dot nanoparticle solution, to which the surface modifying substance has been added, and then leaving so that a water layer separates out from the reaction liquid obtained by the addition of the water, and a process of obtaining the separated-out water layer of the reaction solution and then obtaining quantum-dot nanoparticles coated with cysteamine by drying the water layer so obtained; and a step of introducing a water soluble sacharoid, selected from the group consisting of gluconic acid, citric acid, propionic acid, butyric acid and oleic acid, to the quantum dot nanoparticles coated with cysteamine.</p>
