摘要 The invention pertains to nanotechnologies, particularly to electrochemical formation of a single-level regular massive of silver nanoparticles in the anodic aluminum oxide cavities and this massive transfer from one hydrophilic surface to other. The invention can be used for the hierarchical nanostructures and the integrated circuits formation, and it can be used for the ultrathin structures transfer. Also the invention can be used in scientific researches of nanoparticles. The method of formation of nanoparticles consists of many consecutive chemical operations, which provide to obtain nanoparticles according to diameter and length of nanopores cavities. Silver ions are infiltrated into nanopores, where they are reduced by borohydride and then reduced silver nanoparticles are sintered in muffle furnace. After deposition of nanoparticles the samples are electropolished to clean nanopores walls from the excess of nanoparticles. The massive of nanoparticles is fixed on hydrophilic surface by fish gelatin, thus ensuring a possibility to remount it to some other surface. In this way it becomes possible to transfer ultrathin massive of nanoparticles.
